Yoga Massage
This type of massage (also known as the lazy person’s yoga) is done with the client fully clothed and no oils
are used. This powerful body work technique rebalances and re-aligns the body by working along energy pathways
in a series of stretches similar to yoga bringing about a deep relaxation and improving the circulation of prana
or energy. It is particularly effective in treating joint problems, for instance in the knees and back, and
contributes to a general sense of physical and emotional wellbeing.
The massage takes about 60 to 75 minutes. Only bookings for a minimum course of 5 sessions will be considered. (POR)
